Cavik insurance is very proactive . They obtain new quotes for our homeowners insurance policy every year prior to renewal to ensure that we will get the best rate. They do this on their own without being asked. Then they inform us of the results and obtain our approval for the policy we decide upon based on their recommendation. Also when hurricanes are announced they ensure that we receive contact information and forms in case we have to report a loss. They even provide emergency preparedness guidelines.

Alexandra and Erin have been absolutely wonderful in helping us get settled in NC.
